Do I need a bank card to start?
No. You create your page and open your groups with no subscription and no card. The percentage is deducted from the registration when it is confirmed, not before.
What if I don't pay the monthly invoice?
The invoice only carries the 1% on money that reached you by direct transfer, and it has a due date after the month ends — you see it in your payments inbox first. If it stays unpaid after that, the platform may take your page offline until it is settled; a person decides, and your page comes back as it was.

No. You request it from Settings, and the platform grants it after checking that the page is really yours. A badge that can be bought would tell visitors nothing.

Yes, from Settings. But the old link stops working immediately, so mind anything you posted earlier.
